Portfolio Visibility & Delivery Maturity
Maintain a consolidated, holistic view of the entire IT project portfolio and provide clear, regular reporting on status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource demand to the CIO and business stakeholders.
Continue to mature AerSale’s technology-delivery capability by strengthening and standardizing delivery methodology, intake, tooling, governance, and reporting so solutions are delivered more consistently and predictably over time.
Surface cross-project dependencies, conflicts, and competing priorities to support portfolio-level decision-making and alignment of IT investment to enterprise and segment objectives.
Serve as a trusted delivery partner to the CIO — translating portfolio data into insight that informs prioritization, resourcing, and executive and Board-level reporting.
Project Delivery
Manage all aspects of technology projects to deliver on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards; own scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor milestones; and produce periodic status reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
Apply the appropriate delivery methodology (waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid) to the project context.
ERP, Applications & AI/Data Projects
Lead Pentagon 2000 ERP enhancement and integration projects, including work on the Pentagon integration/MCP layer and connections to enterprise platforms (Microsoft 365 / Fabric / Power BI, Workday, HubSpot).
Deliver projects across the in-house application portfolio and AI/automation initiatives (e.g., document and records automation, sales and operations AI agents), coordinating closely with data, AI, and security teams.
Requirements, Risk & Quality
Capture functional and non-functional requirements; perform fit/gap analysis and technical investigation.
Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, escalating appropriately.
Embed quality measures and standards into deliverables; coordinate change requests through established change-management and SOX-aligned controls.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Manage stakeholders across business segments and IT; facilitate decisions and drive alignment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
7+ years managing technology / business-systems projects, including enterprise application or ERP projects (senior level).
Experience providing portfolio-level visibility and reporting to senior leadership (e.g., PMO, portfolio, or program reporting).
Experience delivering data/BI and/or AI/automation projects preferred.
Aviation / aerospace aftermarket experience preferred; Pentagon 2000 ERP exposure a plus.
Preferred
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
Experience establishing or maturing PMO / project-delivery practices and portfolio reporting.
Experience in a publicly traded company with SOX change-control discipline.
Skills & Abilities
Strong project lifecycle management: planning, scheduling, scoping, and scope / change / budget control.
Ability to consolidate and communicate a portfolio-wide view of projects, risks, and dependencies for executive and business audiences.
Fit/gap analysis, requirements capture, and stakeholder and technical project management.
Knowledge of change-management processes and disciplined project administration, controls, and documentation.
Proficiency with project-management and portfolio tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps / Jira, Planner).
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
