At Bee's Plumbing, an install doesn't move forward on fieldwork alone. Crews need a workable schedule, permits and inspections need to line up, and the office needs a clear picture of what's next. Based in West Seattle, we serve residential and commercial customers across the greater Seattle area. We're looking for an Install Coordinator who enjoys untangling the moving pieces that keep that work on track.

The Role

You'll connect the office and the field, owning our Excel-based install calendar and backlog schedule. When a job shifts, a permit is pending, or a crew's capacity changes, you'll work out what needs to move and keep the right people informed. You'll also track labor hours and job costs, coordinate permits and inspections, and turn backlog and cost data into useful updates for leadership.

What You'll Do

Keep installs moving

· Build and maintain the install calendar and backlog schedule in Excel, adjusting for changes to jobs, crews, permits, and inspections.

· Keep job records, statuses, and notes current in Service Titan, and communicate changes and priorities to field crews and office staff.

· Monitor the backlog, flag scheduling conflicts and capacity concerns early, and help work through the next steps.

Coordinate permits and inspections

· Prepare and submit plumbing-install permit applications, and track required documents, permit status, and compliance requirements for each job.

· Coordinate inspections with inspectors, technicians, and customers; follow up on results and corrections.

Make the numbers useful

· Track labor hours on install jobs and compare estimated and actual labor and materials using Service Titan data and Excel.

· Maintain reports and trackers, summarize findings for leadership, and investigate discrepancies, trends, and cost overruns that can inform future estimates.

What You Bring

· At least two years of scheduling, project coordination, operations, or administrative experience; construction, trades, or service-business experience is helpful.

· Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and experience managing frequently updated schedules and trackers.

· Hands-on experience managing jobs and pulling reports in Service Titan.

· The ability to organize multiple jobs and deadlines, spot problems early, and work through changes independently.

· Clear communication with field crews, office staff, inspectors, and customers, plus comfort working with job-cost data.

Plumbing or construction experience, familiarity with permitting and inspections, and accounting or payroll exposure are welcome but not required.

Schedule and Location

Full-time, in person in West Seattle. Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional flexibility during busy install periods.
