In this highly visible role, you'll help customers solve complex technical challenges, influence future technology roadmaps, and drive the adoption of innovative plating and metallization solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our technical team, you'll work directly with customers to understand their evolving needs and translate those insights into innovative solutions.

You will:

• Partner with PCB and advanced semiconductor packaging customers to identify technical challenges and deliver high-value plating and metallization solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with engineers, technical leaders, influencers, and decision makers.
• Support customers through process installation, optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities, both on-site and remotely.
• Capture customer technology roadmaps and market trends, helping shape future innovation and product development.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Applications, Quality, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead technical discussions, customer presentations, and training sessions, clearly communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Stay ahead of industry developments, monitoring emerging technologies, competitive activities, and market opportunities.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Several years of experience within PCB manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or related industries.
• Strong expertise in PCB plating, metallization, or surface finishing technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability and willingness to travel across the EMEA region (approximately 30-50%).
• High level of initiative, accountability, and customer focus.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Advanced Packaging, Assembly & Test technologies.
• Experience supporting leading semiconductor customers.
• Additional language skills in German and/or French.
