Description
Our Client is a 5* International Chain Resort with 200+ Rooms and multiple F&B outlets.
This role will be reporting directly to General Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Experience in similar position within 5* hotel/resort
• Strong background in revenue management and hotel commercial strategy
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and revenue analysis
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of market trends
• Strong knowledge of revenue strategy, pricing, forecasting and inventory management
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and revenue reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Hands on and commercially minded
• Stable career path
• Excellent English, both spoken and written
• Computer literate
• Flexible working hours
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Strategic and result oriented mindset
• Proactive, adaptable and highly motivated
• Strong attention to detail
