New Generation Cars is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our dealership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys staying organized, and is eager to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Process retail and wholesale vehicle deals and ensure paperwork is complete and accurate
- Prepare and submit title, registration, tax, payoff, and funding documents
- Process DMV paperwork through NYS VERIFI and work with out-of-state DMVs as needed
- Track titles, lien releases, payments, and wholesale transactions
- Verify vehicle titles and maintain accurate inventory records
- Scan and organize documents in the dealership management system
- Help resolve title and documentation issues
- Stay current on NYS DMV requirements and complete required training
- Perform general administrative duties as needed

- DMS experience preferred, but not required
