What does it mean to be a Director, Assistant General Counsel at GLS?
The Director, Assistant General Counsel is responsible for providing support to the company’s General Counsel in a variety of legal and compliance related activities. This position will provide legal counsel on contract, litigation, and regulatory matters as well as advise on the legal impact of compliance risks. This position will serve as a legal subject matter expert in the area of consumer and automotive finance regulation, and work closely with the company’s business units in a cross-functional capacity to minimize risk, ensure best practices, and support business growth.
