Title: Multi-Family Project Manager

Department: Electronic Access Control / Multi-Family

Pay Status: Exempt

Reports To: Multi-Family Director

JOB SUMMARY

Primary focus will be to assist with project management duties. They will oversee and perform administrative functions. This may include calling contractors, making appointments, ordering supplies and preparing reports. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ranging in scale up to $2.5M
• Gather hardware/software requirements
• Order all necessary hardware from multiple manufacturers
• Verify material delivery will meet timeline
• Communicate with customer on status 
• Coordinate installation crew and schedule
• Coordinate hardware installation and project implementation with onsite management (GCs, property managers)
• Coordinate training
• Prepare and process purchase and sales orders within ERP
• Provide project documentation 
• Manage relationship with customers and general contractors
• Ability to review architectural drawings and specifications for new construction
• Maintain detailed and organized records and documentation of project until completion 
• Manage return and replacement of defective material 
• Manage the database and key creation process with contractors 
• Provide assistance to sales team in pre-contract pricing 
• Provide assistance to accounting for customer billing
• Ability to understand multiple software platforms used to operate hardware

• Must have the ability to answer the telephone professionally and speak clearly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills 
• Professional demeanor and customer focus skills
• Ability to multitask and be well organized.
• Epicor Prophet 21 or similar ERP experience 

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree a plus or Three years of related experience
• Bilingual preferred
