JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating sales-related projects within the product development, sales and marketing sectors. This role ensures the successful execution of sales and product development initiatives and campaigns by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication. Utilizing project management tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics platforms, the Sales Project Manager collaborates with sales teams, marketing, product design, and client stakeholders. The position requires strict adherence to company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations to achieve project objectives. The Sales Project Manager directly impacts organizational success by ensuring sales projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules for sales initiatives

Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, product design, manufacturing engineering, purchasing, and operations

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets

Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders

Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors

Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly

Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project

Manage risks and resolve conflicts impacting project delivery

Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Support sales teams with project-related documentation

Oversee quality assurance processes for sales deliverables

Conduct post-project reviews and implement improvement actions

Performs other related duties as assigned

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, M1 and HubSpot

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in related fields, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, desired.

At least five years of related experience required.

PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
