Job Description

The Project Management Intern supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to help ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with project managers and internal teams, this role provides hands-on support with project documentation, scheduling, communication, and follow-up while gaining practical experience in project management processes and tools in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in tracking projects from initiation through completion
• Help maintain project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables as directed
• Create, update, and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status updates
• Help coordinate tasks and communication across multiple teams
• Support the implementation and launch of programs, systems, workflows, and operational initiatives
• Monitor project progress and flag risks, delays, or obstacles to project managers
• Schedule and support project meetings, take notes, and document action items and decisions
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and upkeep of project management tools
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Knowledge

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams, Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus, Strong organizational and time management skills, Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internship
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and/or recent graduate with or pursuing a relevant degree (e.g. Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, etc.)
• Demonstrated desire to build a long-term career with Rally House

Physical Requirements

• Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
• Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
• Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds

Pay Range

$18.00 - $22.00
