Responsibilities:
- Lead asset management operations and conduct/oversee daily activities.
- Develop, update, and implement asset management procedures and internal controls.
- Conduct high-level reviews of asset data and initiate correction of discrepancies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across logistics, IT, security, and facilities.
- Prepare and deliver analytical reports, dashboards, audit responses, and executive briefings.
- Provide subject-matter expertise related to federal regulations and agency policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field.
- Minimum 5 years of federal or equivalent corporate level asset or property management experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Management Regulations and agency property policies.
- A minimum of 2 or more years of experience with enterprise asset management systems, ServiceNow Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Modules.
