  • Provide ASL interpretation for meetings, training, and workplace interactions.
  • Facilitate clear, effective communication between deaf and hearing employees.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to support accessibility needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional interpreting standards.

Training and Development:

  • Keep up to date on all required training, both internal and external.
  • Work with your leadership team to take advantage of training opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work with various internal customers to provide necessary ASL support.
  • Report to leadership any identified problems so that corrective action may be taken to prevent recurrence.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in our daily processes and lead efforts to complete corrective actions to take advantage of those opportunities.
