The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

Are you passionate about cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and turning financial data into actionable insights? We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our growing Treasury Centre of Excellence and play a key role in supporting global treasury operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and contribute to strategic treasury initiatives.

• Prepare and manage daily cash reporting, ensuring accurate visibility of global cash balances and liquidity positions.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting models. 
• Own and execute rolling cash flow forecasting activities, providing meaningful insights for leadership teams.  
• Analyze forecast versus actual cash movements and identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy. 
• Partner closely with Treasury, Accounting, Project Teams, and other key stakeholders to support treasury operations and resolve treasury-related matters. 
• Support internal and external audit activities. 
• Contribute to treasury projects, process improvements, and the adoption of new technologies and AI-driven solutions.
• Provide treasury-related guidance and support to business partners and subsidiaries.

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:  

•  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial data.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of treasury experience within a multinational corporate environment.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, or treasury operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Treasury Management Systems (TMS). 
• Project management or implementation experience.
• Shared Services experience and exposure to cross-functional stakeholder management. 
• Professional accounting or treasury qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACT, CFA, or equivalent).
