About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and energetic Regional Trainer to support the growth and development of our sales force through engaging learning experiences and capability-building initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training programmes, reinforcing learning in the field, and partnering with business leaders to help individuals apply new knowledge and skills to achieve better performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver training programmes in accordance with established curriculum and learning objectives.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning sessions for participants at different stages of their development journey.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that encourage participation and knowledge retention.
- Ensure training sessions are delivered professionally and effectively.
Learning Reinforcement & Coaching Support
- Support learners in applying knowledge and skills through follow-up activities, coaching discussions, and learning reinforcement initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to encourage continuous development and practical application of learning.
- Monitor learning progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback to support individual growth and performance.
Training Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain a high standard of training delivery and learner experience.
- Gather and incorporate feedback to improve programme effectiveness.
- Stay informed on industry trends, learning methodologies, and best practices.
- Continuously enhance personal facilitation and coaching capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Work closely with leaders and colleagues to understand training needs and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers to share best practices and learning insights.
- Support new trainers through knowledge sharing and mentoring where appropriate.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that enhance learning effectiveness and participant engagement.
Operational Excellence & Reporting
- Ensure training records, attendance, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Support training planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
- Adhere to organisational policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in training, facilitation, coaching, sales development, learning and development in Life Insurance or a related industry.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, retail, or sales-driven environments will be an advantage.
- Professional certifications in training or coaching are a plus.
