Titan Security Group is hiring Security Concierge Officers to work at a commercial office building in Cleveland, Ohio.
Responsibilities include but are no limited to:
- Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to ensure facility safety.
- Conduct patrols and inspections to detect hazards or suspicious activity.
- Enforce property access policies and verify identification for visitors and contractors.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and coordinate with first responders.
- Document all activities, incidents, and maintenance issues accurately.
- Provide customer service and assist with directions, inquiries, and building information.
Qualifications/Benefits:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Able to obtain a security guard card in the state of Ohio
- Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
Education and/or Experience: Previous security experience, High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bilingual considered a plus.
Physical Demands: The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility; be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather.
