Concierge Security Officer

Valcor Security is a veteran-owned security and concierge company serving luxury residential towers across Los Angeles. We are hiring a Concierge Security Officer for the front desk of a high-end property: five-star service with a security officer's eye.

Pay: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on property
Schedule: Listed on this posting; confirmed at interview
Employment: W-2, paid sick leave, overtime paid when worked
Uniform: A complete black suit in professional condition

What you will do

• Greet residents, guests and vendors, and run the front desk
• Screen visitors and control access by the property's rules
• Log packages, deliveries and visitors in the building systems
• Coordinate with property management with discretion
• Observe and report security, safety and maintenance concerns
• Write clear shift logs and incident reports in our Belfry app

What you need

• Active California BSIS Guard Card
• At least 1 year of concierge, hotel front desk, hospitality or luxury residential experience
• A complete black suit in professional condition
• Polished appearance, calm under pressure, excellent English
• Reliable transportation and on-time attendance

Preferred

• Experience with BuildingLink or similar building software
