Description
Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.
As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.
We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.
If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.
Let’s build what’s next, together.
As a Key Account Executive, you'll be the strategic leader for Infobip's most valuable clients in your region. Reporting to the Chapter Lead, you'll own the end-to-end relationship with Tier 1 (A, Ar) accounts—from identifying expansion opportunities to delivering tailored solutions that solve real business challenges. You're not just a salesperson; you're a trusted advisor who combines deep product knowledge with consultative selling, while also mentoring your sales peers and raising the bar across the team.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth across your assigned Tier 1 account portfolio through strategic prospecting, solution development, and negotiation of pricing and contractual terms
- Own account strategy and planning for the first 12 rolling months post-acquisition, including NRR optimization, cross-sell, upsell, and expansion initiatives
- Develop solution proposals that address client challenges across Infobip's full product suite, working closely with Customer Success Executives (CSEs) to map client journeys and maximize value realization
- Coordinate seamlessly with service delivery teams to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing delivery of our cutting-edge communication platform
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with C-level and key stakeholders at your accounts, serving as the go-to advisor for strategic decisions and market insights
- Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices, answering technical and procedural questions, and coaching less experienced sales representatives toward excellence
- Navigate complex, non-routine sales challenges that require advanced business acumen, market expertise, and creative problem-solving in a fast-moving, competitive landscape
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals and managing strategic client relationships
- Demonstrated success selling technology or SaaS solutions to large, complex organizations; experience with communication platforms or related software is a plus
- Strong consultative selling approach—you ask the right questions, listen actively, and recommend solutions based on client needs rather than product push
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort presenting to C-level executives and cross-functional teams
- Mentor mindset and leadership presence—you raise the bar for those around you and take genuine satisfaction in helping others grow
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus depending on regional needs
Diversity drives connection
Infobip is built on diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and talents. We’re proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
