You will manage medical malpractice matters from inception through resolution, draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions, work with medical experts and develop litigation strategy on complex high exposure cases alongside some of the most accomplished trial attorneys in the country.

What you need to bring:

• Active New Jersey Bar license or eligibility for admission
• 2 to 10 years of litigation experience
• Medical malpractice litigation experience strongly preferred
• Experience handling pleadings, motions, discovery and depositions
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Stable employment history with long term commitment at previous firms
• Law firm experience required. Extensive solo practice backgrounds are not a fit for this role
