Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Robot and Mechanical Parts Repair Expertise in perform troubleshooting and repair of wafer handling robots and mechanical assemblies Diagnose robot mechanical failures, abnormal vibration, positioning errors and wear related issues Perform precision alignment of robot after repair and perform tool test with module maintenance Recommend repair, refurbishment and replacement of parts based on failure inspection result Investigate mechanical failures using problem solving methodologies (5 - Why, Fishbone, FMEA. DOE and etc) Knowledge and hands on experience in repair and refurb of Brooks, Mattson Aspen, Adept Vicron, PRI ATM, Mechatronics BG Robot, Genmark(GB4S, GB7S, GB8Y, GB1E), ISEL Robot, Nidec Sankyo, Brooks Mag 7 and etc. Drive NLOP cost reduction and continuous improvement projects related to mechanical repair and services Improve repair turnaround time and actively contribute to parts lifetime extension projects Train junior engineers to enhance repair skills, develop standard work instructions and and repair procedures Perform risk assessment and ensure compliance with company SOPs and industrial standards Work closely with module MNT to support on equipment uptime and MTBF Broad technical knowledge and strong leadership skill to lead an engineering team in mechanical parts repair and refurb Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor degree in a technical field listed in the following: Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering or related Minimum 5 years working experience in semiconductor Strong team player and be a fast learner who is able to work independently #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
