KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Learning and Support
- Participate in training programs covering Yokogawa control systems, software applications, engineering tools, and service procedures.
- Learn standard methodologies for problem identification, root cause analysis, and issue documentation.
- Support internal technical investigations and knowledge-sharing activities at office.
Engineering and Service Process Training
- Learn preventive maintenance concepts, lifecycle support methodologies, and service delivery processes.
- Participate in simulated and supervised maintenance activities as assigned.
- Develop understanding of system health assessment, reliability concepts, and lifecycle management practices.
System Configuration and Engineering Development
- Develop skills in automation system configuration, engineering workflows, database management, and software tools under supervision.
- Learn and support testing, validation, documentation, and quality assurance activities under professional and experienced engineer's supervision.
- Participate in laboratory exercises, demo lab projects, demonstrations, and training projects.
Mentored Engineering Assignments
- Support engineering and service teams with administrative and technical tasks under supervision.
- Participate in assigned learning projects designed to develop practical engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Observe and learn from experienced engineers during project execution and customer support activities.
Learning and Competency Development
- Complete all required Yokogawa training programs, certifications, and competency assessments.
- Actively participate in mentoring, coaching, and structured development activities.
- Develop knowledge of Yokogawa products, solutions, internal tools, engineering standards, and service processes.
- Maintain an individual development plan and continuously track learning objectives and competency progress.
Teamwork, Safety, and Professional Development
- Work collaboratively with engineers, project teams, and other departments.
- Follow Yokogawa policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and development activities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate or student in Engineering or other relevant discipline.
- Strong interest in control systems, automation, process control, and industrial technology.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and computer applications.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop technical competencies.
- Eligibility to pursue EIT is preferred.
