Description
Working within an SAP environment, the Production Planner will collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Procurement teams to balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory objectives while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain production and raw material plans. Manage inventory levels in line with service and Min/Max targets. Monitor and resolve supply chain constraints and risks. Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational excellence. Drive process improvements and support team development. Utilize SAP and Excel to analyze data and make informed planning decisions. Experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Operations. Strong SAP and Microsoft Excel skills required Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making capabilities and communication abilities. Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and diverse teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred. Adaptable, flexible, and open-minded approach to continuous learning and improvement.
