Level III NICU | 7 On/7 Off Schedule | $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
Mercy Clinic | Joplin, Missouri
Mercy Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our established Women's & Children's team in Joplin, Missouri. This opportunity offers the chance to practice in a well-supported Level III NICU while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance and strong compensation package.
At Mercy, you'll join a collaborative team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Work alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and neonatal professionals within a regional referral center serving a four-state area.
Opportunity Highlights
- 7 on/7 off schedule
- Level III NICU with 16 beds
- More than 1,200 deliveries annually
- Approximately 150 NICU admissions per year
- 24/7 in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage
- Neonatal transport team
- Care for infants beginning at 23 weeks gestation
- Non-surgical patients managed within the unit
- EPIC EMR across the Mercy health system
