Your Role: Site Planner
As Site Planner, you will be part of the Manufacturing team to align long-term demand with site capacity and resources. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the internal R&OP process, tracking production output, and serving as the primary liaison between Central Supply Chain functions and site operations to ensure seamless product delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop mid-to-long-term production plans using SAP/IBP to ensure alignment between site capacity, resources, and customer service demands.
Lead the internal Resourced & Operational Planning (R&OP) process and represent Supply Chain on cross-functional product launch teams.
Manage inventory levels and supply triangularization while collaborating with local Procurement to ensure a constant and quality supply of materials.
Triage site supply issues and provide crisis management support to resolve planning and production-related site challenges.
Partner with Site Schedulers and Customer Service to influence production output and address expected shortages or overproduction through scenario analysis.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Supply Chain experience.
Experience: Proven experience driving planning-related initiatives and directing workstreams toward site and company goals.
Top Skills: High proficiency with computer systems (specifically SAP/IBP) and strong problem-solving techniques within a manufacturing environment.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications):
APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP).
Advanced experience utilizing SAP planning modules and reporting metrics.
Strong ability to influence internal and external resources through data-driven scenario analysis.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and focus on customer-centric outcomes.
Experience in continuous improvement activities and business plan development.
