Your mission

As Regional Manager, Project Management - Europe & APAC, you will lead and develop our regional Project Management team and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality project management services to our customers.

You will combine strong people leadership with operational oversight and customer management. Your mission is to create a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, strengthen customer relationships and continuously improve the way we work.

Working closely with the Director of Project Management and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help build a scalable regional organisation that supports our people, customers and continued business growth.

Job description

As Regional Manager Project Management you will:

• Lead and develop the team: Coach and develop Project Managers and Project Assistants, foster a high-performing culture, support performance and development, and ensure effective resource and capacity planning.
• Drive operational excellence: Oversee regional Project Management operations, monitor performance and capacity, and drive improvements in processes, systems and ways of working.
• Champion our customers: Act as a senior escalation point, support strategic customer relationships and work with Commercial teams to strengthen customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Support strategy and change: Contribute to departmental strategy and cross-functional initiatives, using data and business insights to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure quality and collaboration: Promote quality, compliance and accountability while building strong relationships across Commercial, Operations, Finance, IT, Quality and Senior Leadership.

You will work closely with the Director of Project Management and global Project Management teams to ensure alignment, consistency and knowledge sharing across regions.

• Experience in Project Management, Operations or Customer Success, preferably in a regulated or service-based environment.
• Experience managing multiple priorities across geographically dispersed or international teams.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving operational improvements and change initiatives.
• Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution.
• A data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making.

• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
• A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience within the CRO and/or pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Additional languages are an advantage.
