Talent Acquisition Coordinator

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Work under limited supervision supporting the recruitment function of the Talent Acquisition team by providing coordination, transactional, and administrative support across the full candidate lifecycle including but not limited to processing offers, scheduling interviews, tracking offer acceptance and following activities, and guiding preboarding through to first day. Serve as the dedicated preboarding coordinator for field salaried, foreman, interns and corporate new hires, and as transactional support for all site hire and contingent worker requests for the craft labor team.

Operate as the concierge and central point of contact who guides each candidate and new hire end-to-end, initiating every requirement, tracking it to completion, and communicating consistently along the way. Strong collaboration with the extended human resources team, hiring leaders, recruiters, business units, and vendors: including HR Operations, which facilitates drug/alcohol testing, background checks, and Form I-9 verification in the system of record; Fleet, which runs motor vehicle reports (MVR) and determines driving status; Talent Development and Performance team and the travel department to ensure a smooth candidate experience and a seamless transition from offer to first day.

STEP INTO THE ROLE

• Maintains a high level of customer service to each candidate and new hire as they move through the screening, offer, hire, and preboarding processes.
• Follows company recruitment program by complying with local, state, and federal employment laws; and ensures all candidates have completed the online application, assessment testing, pre-employment physical/drug test, background check, motor vehicle report (MVR) if applicable, and Form I-9 and confirming all completed prior to start date.
• Processes offers and coordinate offer logistics; schedules interviews on behalf of the recruiting team, including candidate and hiring leader coordination, confirmations, and rescheduling.
• Coordinates and orders drug screenings and pre-employment testing when applicable partnering with HR Operations and through vendor portal(s), including appointment logistics, location, and candidate instructions.
• Provides transactional support for all site hire and contingent worker requests for the craft labor team including intake, processing, data entry, status tracking, and follow-through to completion.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 4 or more years of applicable experience, with broad knowledge of operational procedures obtained through previous work experience performing duties including but not limited to recruitment, scheduling, customer service, and/or human resources.
• High School Diploma or GED.

$24.46 - $33.64 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
