This person will be an important team member of the Engineering and Technology group. Their skill set will be adding to the design, analysis, development & testing of new product ideas and improving the quality of existing products that in compliance with solutions that accomplish customer requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform lab testing of products to study plan parameters established by engineers.
• Obtain/sustain accurate test data through abidance to lab testing methods. Aid with lab test documentation and reports.
• Aid in engineering design analyses of new ideas, as well as enhance existing product for quality and performance capabilities.
• Will recommend modifications to designs to further quality and reliability of products.
• Assist with technical issues, customer installation, returned material analyses.
• Help with the development of, maintenance of, and abidance to product development guidelines.
• Maintain test lab calibration program to established standards and beyond.
• Ensure safe working conditions and good housekeeping are sustained while meeting quality and cost specifications.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

This candidate should possess an associates degree in engineering or at least two years of experience working in an engineering testing lab for mechanical products.
