At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of Technology Development, focusing on:
  • Development requirements for technology solutions
  • Trading platforms and related capabilities
  • Data capabilities and technology integration frameworks
• Support the design and delivery of Technology-Enabled Business Initiatives by:
  • Developing actionable recommendations that leverage technology to unlock business development and growth opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of Business and Technology Roadmaps, including:
  • Defining implementation priorities for IT systems and digital initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
• Provide project-wide support encompassing:
  • Administrative coordination
  • Market and technology research
  • Project management assistance

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field with solid foundational knowledge of Information Technology
• Exposure to information technology, emerging digital technologies, digital strategy, or digital business models through academic coursework, internships, or prior experience
• Prior involvement in IT Strategy projects, particularly those focused on enabling business expansion and leveraging technology for growth, is highly advantageous
