Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm

What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative and sales support to the Sales Director and Sales Department.
• Coordinate community tours and follow up communications with prospective residents.
• Assist with sales, marketing, and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain accurate prospect records and sales materials.

Requirements

You Bring

• 1+ years of sales or related experience, preferably in a senior living, hospitality, or related industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in lieu of education required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and professional communication skills with a collaborative, customer focused approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile technology, and CRM systems; flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
