Overview:
A racquet attendant in a tennis shop plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the shop operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Customers service: Greet and assist customers with inquiries about racquets, accessories, and service.
Assist with inventory counts and replenishment of stock as needed.
Promote current sales, discounts, and new products to customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point of sale. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tennis shop, including display areas.
