The Impact You'll Have
This position primarily collaborates with business partners across operations and manages business objectives and readiness. This position will work with the business owner and cross-functional teams to manage the deployment of business relation activities that span multiple departments. This position will provide work direction to the stakeholders participating on the work effort. This position reports to Business Support Services.What You'll Do
- Lead and manage operational projects from planning through implementation, utilizing project management, stakeholder facilitation, and business readiness practices to achieve desired outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives, assess business impacts, drive change management activities, and ensure successful adoption of business and technology solutions.
- Standardize and improve implementation processes by conducting impact analyses, developing consistent methodologies, and leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance customer and business outcomes.
How You'll Do It
- Primarily manage the implementation of operational related projects through the application of project management, meeting management and group facilitation skills.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify project objectives and manage business readiness activities (communication plans, training plans, benefits etc.) in order to realize the desired business outcome.
- Manage the development of both business solutions and application solutions, focusing on both the business implications of technology and the technology on the business.
- Lead and complete business impact analysis assessments.
- Develop and maintain standardized methods of implementation to ensure a consistent and integrated customer experience.
- Performs additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of related project/program management professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely, actively listen to anticipate stakeholder needs, and align others to drive informed decisions.
- Ability to analyze complex information, evaluate options, and work cross-functionally to drive resolution and prevent recurrence.
- Ability to leverage technology to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely, actively listen to anticipate stakeholder needs, analyze complex information, and align others to drive resolution.
- Ability to effectively organize work, balance competing priorities, and manage time across complex assignments and competing deadlines.
- Healthcare or managed care experience.
- Experience managing complex projects which may involve multiple team members, task assignment, working with internal or external clients, managing teams and customer relationships, and managing project deliverables.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Process improvement (Lean / Six Sigma) experience.

TeleworkerRole designation definition:
- Teleworking is working full time remote.
- Hybrid is a minimum of 2 days onsite.
- Onsite is full-time onsite.
Compensation and Benefits
$90,800.00 - $120,300.00 - $149,800.00 AnnualPay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
