Hourly PayRate: $25.00
Allied Universal is seeking a Security Office administrator to manage the front desk of a financial institution in Naples.
Candidates MUST possess:
Class D Security Officer License
High School diploma or equivalent
1 or more years experience in an Office Administrator role or equivalent
1 or more years experience using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Allied Universal® is hiring an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator ensures smooth daily operations for our office, managing property services, mail and supplies, technology, and security. This role keeps the workplace running efficiently so staff can focus on their priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the front-of-office contact, delivering exceptional customer service
- Oversee office inspections, maintenance, repairs, and safety checks
- Manage conference room setup, breakroom organization, and healthy snack program
- Coordinate and evaluate vendor performance in partnership with property management
- Handle mail/package receipt, outgoing shipments, and internal deliveries
- Monitor and replenish office and technology supplies
- Support ergonomic reviews, employee moves, and peripheral/device inventory
- Provide first-level support for technology, AV, and security access systems
- Assist with visitor management, escorting, and coordination with building security
- Maintain health and safety programs, including AED/first aid readiness and document destruction
- Support corporate safety initiatives, including training, incident reporting, and evacuation drills
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative/office experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of education/work experience consistently utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Professional oral and written interpersonal communication skills
- Efficient time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to multitask in a dynamic environment with varying demands for priority
- Exceptional organization skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
- College degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- Executive assistant experience
- Proficiency in SharePoint or ability to create and maintain a department intranet site
