We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to bring clarity and efficiency to our Client Education portfolio as Service Portfolio Analyst in Hungary. What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing and optimizing the Client Education service catalogue and portfolio, ensuring clarity and consistency in offerings
Identifying and resolving discrepancies in the service portfolio, particularly through in-depth analysis in Excel
Acting as the key liaison between Sales and Client Education, offering expert guidance during project initiation and portfolio management
Conducting financial analysis to ensure cost-effective operations and delivering actionable insights to management
Creating standardized, high-quality reports and KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
Managing external consultancies for ERP-related projects, ensuring smooth execution post-budget approval
Driving proactive process improvements across Client Education, collaborating closely with department leads to streamline operations
Ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding high-quality standards in all client interactions
What We Look For
3+ years of experience in client education, clinical research, or relevant fields
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or a related field preferred
Experience in contract management and process optimization is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and portfolio management
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to bridge gaps between teams and act as a mediator when needed
Analytical mindset with solid business acumen, able to develop data-driven models and recommendations
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management
Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a proven track record of improving business processes
Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain composure in all situations
