Description
4.2 Web Graphics Designer, Intermediate (Level 2)
- User research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) with diverse user segments, including transitioning members, Veterans, families, and service providers.
- Stakeholder workshops to align goals, constraints, and design principles.
- Heuristic evaluation of the current NRD using industry best practices (e.g., Nielsen’s heuristics).
- Redesign of navigation, information architecture, and page layouts.
- Creation of wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and annotated design specifications.
- Iterative usability and accessibility testing and sprints, including bilingual scenarios.
- Development of UX guidelines, content strategy, and accessibility checklists.
- Knowledge transfer and training for CAF TG staff, including a UX Playbook and templates for ongoing maintenance.
