You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, build trusted relationships and deliver insurance solutions that help their businesses thrive.

How you'll make an impact

• Build and develop a portfolio of commercial clients by establishing trusted, long-term relationships.
• Understand your clients' businesses and provide tailored insurance and risk management solutions.
• Work closely with insurers to secure competitive cover and favourable terms.
• Manage renewals and retention activity while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and market development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Gallagher to deliver exceptional service and innovative client solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a trusted adviser, helping clients navigate challenges and opportunities as their businesses evolve.

About you

• Experienced in commercial insurance, with a proven track record in client management and business development.
• Qualified, with a CIP designation or working towards further professional development.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive portfolio growth.
• Relationship-focused, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and motivated, taking ownership of your work and delivering on commitments.
• Collaborative, enjoying working as part of a supportive and high-performing team.
• Committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
