Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with business goals, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and perform efficiently. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive innovation and uphold high standards is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of technical excellence and team growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards and best practices within the team.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience in ensuring code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to optimize application performance and scalability in complex environments.
The candidate should have hands on years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- React, Java, Springboot, rest api, PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, JUnit.
- Nice to have - Ansible Additionally,
Candidates must be strong in both technical expertise and communication skills.
Candidates should be able to quickly explore and adapt to new tools, technologies, or processes, as recent team experiences have shown this is critical.
Teams work in an agile setup, so candidates need to:
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Participate actively in discussions, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
It is expected from candidates to work independently and take initiatives

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune client's office in Kharadi with 3 days of RTO
- A 15 years full time education is required.
