Sr Facilities Specialist

Job Summary:
The Sr Facilities Specialist helps lead retail store maintenance, including routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance, repair, service and cleaning.

Responsibilities:
Helps lead all store and showroom facilities maintenance, both preventive and reactive.

Helps lead assigned store improvement projects, including budgets, bidding, scheduling, construction, and on-site installations.

Manages communication with external vendors and internal colleagues on facilities maintenance and assigned store projects.

Accountable for tracking of budgets related to maintenance and assigned projects.

Helps lead value engineering and bidding of products and services to reduce maintenance costs in partnership with procurement.

Reviews and prepares for approval all related proposals and contracts.

Prepares and processes all purchase orders related to store maintenance and store-opening process as assigned by implementation team.

Monitors work order system, follows up on service tickets, and escalates approvals. Sets up all new vendor requests related to store maintenance within work-order system and with accounts payable. Ensures all maintenance service tickets are closed out and quality surveys completed in a timely manner. Sets up store business licenses for new stores and renewals.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 5-8 years of professional experience and strong competency with the various tools, systems, or procedures required to accomplish the job.
• Travel: Occasional - 10%
