We are looking for an ambitious and experienced professional to join us as Regional Product Manager, Team Leader for Commodities in Poland. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive the growth of our commodities portfolio in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
OPPORTUNITY- Build strong customer relationships and support business growth across the region.
- Partner with Account Managers on key commercial opportunities and negotiations.
- Provide product guidance to sales teams and customers.
- Support product development, trials, and technical problem-solving.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance management of the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with suppliers and commercial teams to drive product strategy, pricing, and availability.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team while fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, business development, or commercial product roles.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and business acumen.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and sales teams.
- Ability to influence and drive results across functions without direct authority.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a commercial or technical environment.
- Work in an international environment with real impact on market development.
