Summary

We are looking for a senior SAP Delivery Lead with a strong SAP FICO and ABAP background to lead an SAP delivery team from the client's Miami office.

** This is primarily a senior SAP Delivery/client leadership role, where strong SAP FICO/ABAP knowledge gives the person the technical credibility to lead the team.

** Communication, Project Leadership, and Escalation Management are mandatory.

​Experience: ~20 years of SAP experience.


1. Job is On-site in Miami, FL
2. Candidates local to Miami preferred
3. Candidates outside Miami must be willing to relocate at their expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SAP delivery team to ensure work is completed on time and with quality.​

• Work directly with the client to provide updates, understand requirements, and manage expectations.
• Handle escalations and critical issues and drive them to resolution.
• Coordinate FICO, ABAP, and other SAP teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track project progress, risks, resources, and deadlines and take action when issues arise.

Requirements

1. Around 20 years of overall SAP experience
2. Strong SAP FICO and ABAP background
3. Proven experience leading SAP delivery teams
4. Strong Project Lead / Delivery Lead experience
5. Excellent client communication and stakeholder management
6. Strong escalation and issue management experience
7. Ability to manage teams, delivery, timelines, risks, and client expectations
8. Strong end-to-end SAP background
