About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support daily trading operations, transaction reconciliation, reporting, and operational processes within a fast-paced digital assets environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of trade execution, reconciliations, reporting, and operational controls while collaborating with trading, compliance, and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support OTC trading operations while maintaining accurate trade records.
• Review client trade requests (RFQs), prepare pricing, and communicate quotes through approved channels.
• Execute hedge transactions and record all client and hedge trades accurately.
• Verify trade details including pricing, quantities, counterparties, fees, and settlement instructions.
• Perform daily trade, balance, and transaction reconciliations.
• Monitor and reconcile digital asset wallets and account balances.
• Process withdrawals and settlements following internal procedures.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and trading reports.
• Analyze trading activity, liquidity, and operational data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records to support financial reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure regulatory and internal policy adherence.
• Escalate operational issues, settlement failures, or system incidents when necessary.
• Communicate key operational updates and exceptions to senior management.
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (graduating seniors are welcome to apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services, trading operations, fintech, or capital markets.
• Knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain technologies.
• Familiarity with back-office operations, settlements, or liquidity management.
• Experience working with proprietary trading platforms or financial systems.
