Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software and web application development.
- 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
- Strong technical background building and supporting modern web applications using technologies such as PHP, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience leading teams responsible for both front-end and back-end application development.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, system integration, API design, performance optimization, and software development best practices.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in a fast-paced product development environment.
- Demonstrated success building, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical strategy, platform stability, and long-term engineering goals.
- Experience delivering complex technical initiatives from planning through production release.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
We'd Love to See
- Experience managing teams developing and maintaining PHP-based enterprise applications.
- Experience with React and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale, customer-facing web applications.
- Experience leading application modernization or technical transformation initiatives.
