Description
Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with R&D teams, designers, and various engineering departments to troubleshoot and validate device testing programs. Develop, validate, and qualify new innovative NAND Flash memory products Define and validate product configuration parameters Apply CAD tools and Verilog simulations for build verification and in-depth circuit analysis Identify build marginalities and recommend circuit-related fixes Perform electrical failure analysis to determine root causes of device issues Use engineering benches and testers for device characterization and failure analysis Support preparation of engineering samples Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve efficiency and quality Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements Bachelor's/ Masters/ PhD degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering is required. Knowledge in semiconductor device physics and circuit building Hands-on experience with Verilog and Cadence tools Familiarity with AI/ML efficiency tools to support engineering workflows Proficiency in data analysis tools like JMP and Python Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail with a dedication to quality and continuous improvement Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic environments with stringent qualification requirements Baseline digital proficiency and AI literacy for responsible use of AI-enabled tools
