VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :

Nous recherchons un Responsable Ilot de Production.

 

Vous aurez pour principales missions :

 

·         Manager une équipe d’une vingtaine de monteurs câbleurs dédiés à plusieurs lignes de production

·         Organiser les ressources humaines et matérielles mises à disposition pour lancer les ordres de fabrication

·         Suivre en temps réel la production dans tous ses aspects (sécurité, qualité, coût, délais, …)

·         Effectuer les relances préventives et curatives des besoins des lignes

·         Piloter le point quotidien ainsi que le point de suivi hebdomadaire

·         Gérer les indicateurs de pilotage des lignes (sécurité, qualité, coût, délais, …) et les actions associées

·         Assurer des interfaces avec les services support (planning, logistique, qualité, service industrialisation et méthode…)

·         Prendre part aux retours d’expérience (REX), ainsi qu’aux réunions de lancement et d’avancement des projets

 

 

VOTRE PROFIL – VOS CONNAISSANCES :

• Expérience confirmée dans le management d’une équipe de production

·         Capacité à optimiser une production et relever une variété d'enjeux techniques et humains en toute autonomie

·         Leadership naturel, sens des responsabilités et capacité à fédérer des équipes

• Formation dans le domaine de l’électrotechnique

·         Bonne connaissance du travail avec un ERP
