Role Summary
We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Team Lead to lead day-to-day execution of the sales team in Malaysia. You will coach your team to achieve targets, improve pipeline health and conversion, and ensure strong customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve KPI targets
Own daily/weekly sales execution: follow-ups, demos/presentations, and deal progression
Ensure proper CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
Conduct training and coaching sessions based on performance insights and skill gaps
Monitor sales activities and conversions; identify root causes and drive improvement plans
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product/Solutions, Customer Success) to improve lead quality and close rates
Maintain strong customer communication and handle escalations when required
Requirements
4+ years of sales experience with at least 1–2 years leading a sales team
Proven ability to hit sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
Solid understanding of B2B sales process, pipeline stages, and forecasting
Proficient with CRM and reporting tools
Self-driven, organized, and able to drive team performance consistently
