Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing delivery processes, and addressing any issues that arise to maintain system reliability and performance. The position demands coordination with various teams to uphold service standards and support operational excellence throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes and service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.
- Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols and security standards.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting production environments.
- Ability to manage and automate workflows related to file transfer operations.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
