Medical Appointment Clerk
Ellsworth Air Force Base | Rapid City, SD | Potential Opportunity
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for Medical Appointment Clerks at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota.
Be part of a dedicated healthcare team supporting our military community by ensuring patients receive timely appointments and exceptional customer service.
Position Highlights
Monday–Friday schedule
Shifts between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM
Full-time and part-time opportunities
No nights, weekends, or federal holidays

Position Requirements
U.S. Citizenship
High School Diploma or GED (education equivalency may be considered)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Medical scheduling or healthcare administrative experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling needs
Verify patient eligibility and demographic information
Maintain accurate appointment records and scheduling systems
Coordinate with clinical staff to support efficient patient care
