ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Room Service Manager for a Forbes luxury hotel in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's in-room dining and private bar operation, running 24 hours a day. The right candidate is a passionate F&B professional with strong operational instincts, excellent guest relations skills, and the ability to lead a team to consistently deliver an attentive and distinctive dining experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, train, coach, motivate, and develop the Room Service team, ensuring cultural and luxury service standards are consistently met
- Maintain a visible, guest-facing presence, handling guest complaints, special requests, and VIP arrangements with professionalism
- Ensure quality and consistency across all food and beverage items, with strong knowledge of wine and spirits
- Collaborate with the Director of F&B; and culinary team on menu development and amenity options
- Control labour and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management
- Ensure seamless 24-hour in-room dining and private bar service delivery
- Monitor the physical condition of outlets and equipment, making recommendations for improvements
- Attend operational meetings to maintain strong coordination across departments
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an F&B; management role within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labour management, and in-room dining operations
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a high-standards, fast-paced luxury environment
- Experience with F&B; systems and computer equipment; excellent English communication skills
- College degree in hospitality or restaurant management preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Forbes experience is a strong advantage
- Valid US work authorization required - visa sponsorship is not available
