Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our Away From Home (AFH) business. This role is responsible for coordinating customer service activities across Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure strong service levels and timely execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively across multiple teams, and takes ownership of daily priorities.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to customer and sales inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
- Order Management: Monitor orders from creation through delivery and address issues that could impact service.
- Service & Fill Rate: Review fill-rate performance and identify risks that could prevent orders from being fulfilled.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate shortages, product cuts, delayed orders, and other service issues and coordinate recovery plans.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Transportation, Supply Chain, and other teams to meet customer expectations.
- Customer Communication: Provide updates regarding order status, shortages, delays, product availability, and other service concerns.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports such as product cuts, service issues, and order exceptions.
- Sample Coordination: Ensure samples are processed and shipped on time to support sales opportunities.
- Shipment/Vend Load Coordination: Make sure loads are scheduled correctly and warehouses receive the necessary information before pickup.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor service metrics and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,500 - $80,600.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to identify service risks and coordinate recovery plans.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and timely execution.
- Comfortable reviewing service metrics, fill rates, product availability, orders, and exception reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while taking ownership of customer and operational issues through resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust priorities based on customer and business needs.
- A customer-focused and proactive mindset, with a strong sense of urgency around service issues.
