Johnsonlink Orthodontics is a locally owned practice serving Kitsap County families from our Silverdale, Poulsbo, and Port Orchard offices. We have an established team, modern technology, and a shared commitment to making every patient feel cared for.
We're looking for a dependable, caring Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team.

About the Role:
As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a positive and efficient patient experience while assisting our doctors with clinical care and orthodontic procedures.
What you'll do:
- Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable.
- Assist the orthodontist during appointments and procedures.
- Take digital images, photos, and intraoral scans.
- Provide patient and parent education on orthodontic care.
- Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for patients.
- Work alongside a supportive clinical team to keep appointments running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Current Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential.
- Dental experience required; orthodontic experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
