School Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Full-Time 2026-2027 School Year | Up to $45/hour | Greater Algonquin, IL Area

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP, 2026-2027 School Year
• Setting: Middle School
• Location: Huntley School District 158
• Service Areas: Deliver IEP service minutes, documentation, collaboration

Your Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services in alignment with IEP goals
• Progress monitoring
• Maintain timely documentation
• Collaborate with special education teams and related service providers

What We’re Looking For

• Illinois Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license 
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for supporting students in inclusive educational settings
