About the Role

Looking for stability, a consistent roster and a role where your skills are genuinely valued? nib Dental Chatswood is seeking a quick, proactive Dental Assistant to join our busy 6-chair clinic in a permanent full-time position, working alongside highly skilled dentists!

Availability required:

• Monday to Friday
• Standard clinic hours between 8:00am – 6:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Chairside assisting, primarily with highly skilled dentists across complex procedures
• Anticipating the clinician's needs and keeping a fast-paced clinical day running smoothly
• Preparing treatment rooms and instruments to a high standard
• Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control
• Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
• Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
• Working collaboratively within a professional team

Also Available

We also have additional casual Dental Assistant positions available at this centre if less shifts and more flexibility suits you. Weekday availability is essential.

About You

• Previous Dental Assistant experience essential
• Confident all-rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation
• Experience assisting with complex procedures highly regarded
• Quick, proactive and able to keep pace with a fast-moving dentist
• Strong understanding of infection control standards
• Reliable, adaptable and team-focused
• Available Monday to Friday
