Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating programmes and initiatives that identify, develop, and accelerate executive-potential talent, new hires, and internal promotees.
- Handling talent data and generating insights that support effective decision-making, talent tracking, and development planning.
- Supporting leadership assessments, development interventions, and talent review processes.
- Researching and maintaining internal and external development opportunities, helping ensure our leadership offerings remain relevant and impactful.
- Preparing materials and insights for senior collaborator meetings, including sessions with the bp Leadership Team, People & Culture Leadership Team, and Board-level audiences.
- Coordinating follow-up actions and communications to support effective customer engagement.
- Working with external leadership development providers and internal faculty to help deliver high-quality programmes aligned with bp's strategy.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates who combine strong project management capability with a passion for talent and leadership development.
You may be a phenomenal fit if you have:
- Experience supporting talent management, leadership development, learning, organisational development, or related People & Culture activities.
- Strong project coordination and delivery skills, with the ability to prioritise simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to generate relevant insights and recommendations.
- The ability to build positive relationships and collaborate optimally with a wide range of collaborators.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and the confidence to work through ambiguity.
- Curiosity about external talent and leadership trends and a willingness to bring fresh thinking into the organisation.
- Experience working with third-party vendors or external partners is desirable.
